Can I add BagelChat to my home screen?Open BagelChat in your phone’s browser and add it to your home screen for quicker access.
Why can’t I find my existing account?Check that you’re using the same social sign-in method and account you used when joining. A different sign-in method may open a different account, even if the email is the same.
Can I change my linked social account?You currently can’t change the social account linked when you signed up.
Why doesn’t the AI remember earlier conversations?AI chat can’t always remember every detail of a conversation accurately. In longer conversations, some context may be lost or seem inconsistent.
Why does a reply contain odd text or code?A reply may occasionally include unwanted phrases, another language or text that looks like code.
Can I preview a locked album?There’s currently no preview or hint feature for albums you haven’t unlocked.
When and how is Cream used?Cream is used for features such as sending messages, regenerating replies and unlocking image assets. The amount varies by feature and story mode.
Why is one Cream charge split into several entries?If you have multiple top-ups or bonus Cream, a single use may draw from more than one balance. Cream with the nearest expiry is used first.
Why is my event participation restricted?Events follow separate participation rules. Repeated participation through multiple accounts or unusual traffic may lead to temporary event restrictions.
I paid, but my Cream hasn’t arrivedFirst, check your payment service or app store to confirm that your payment to BagelChat is complete. Cream won’t be added until the payment is complete.
The amount charged doesn’t match my payment amount (Apple App Store)The Apple App Store may combine payments made over 2–3 days into a single charge and issue a receipt for the combined amount. In these cases, the charge and receipt may be processed later than the payment itself.
How do I request a cancellation or refund?Choose “Payments & refunds” in the contact form and include the payment date, amount, platform (web or app) and your request. We’ll review the purchase and guide you.

How are my conversations stored?BagelChat conversations are stored in encrypted form.
