I paid, but my Cream hasn’t arrived

First, check your payment service or app store to confirm that your payment to BagelChat is complete. Cream won’t be added until the payment is complete.

If you used an electronic wallet such as Kakao Pay Money, you may have only topped up your wallet without completing the payment to BagelChat. Check both your wallet balance and payment history.

If the payment is complete, make sure you’re signed in to the BagelChat account you used for the purchase, then refresh the page.

If your Cream is still missing, contact our support team before paying again.
