Payments & refunds

First, check your payment service or app store to confirm that your payment to BagelChat is complete. Cream won’t be added until the payment is complete.

The Apple App Store may combine payments made over 2–3 days into a single charge and issue a receipt for the combined amount. In these cases, the charge and receipt may be processed later than the payment itself.

Choose “Payments & refunds” in the contact form and include the payment date, amount, platform (web or app) and your request. We’ll review the purchase and guide you.
